 DORAMAR PLAZA is the newest addition to the retail scene in the Metropolitan area, conveniently located 15 minutes from San Juan and easily accessible right off PR-22 (Jose de Diego Expressway) on Exit 24, the main exit from the expressway to the city of Dorado.  With an adjacent traffic flow of over 150,000 vehicles daily and positioned as the last retail stop out of the Metropolitan area until reaching Barceloneta 20 miles away, it is strategically located to become the major service and retail center in the north, servicing not only Dorado but all surrounding communities, towns and cities.

 

    DORAMAR PLAZA consists of a 130,000 square feet mixed-use center, divided into five major retail and service areas.  Immediately upon entering the mall, you will find 57,000 sq.ft. of out-parcel retail outlets, including drugstores, various fast food and sit-down restaurants and cafes, vehicle services and auto parts retailers, and communication services providers.  Adjacent to this area, you will find the strip mall, with over 44,000 sq.ft. housing major stores from national retail chains, with everything from office supplies to electro domestic equipment and furniture.  A separate area within the strip mall will serve over 22,000 sq.ft. of varied retail outlets, where you will find everything to cater to your needs, including boutiques, personal accessories and specialty stores, ready-to-wear clothing and shoes, electronics, customer services, additional restaurant alternatives and sportswear and equipment retailers.

 

     The Shopping Center is anchored by Capri and Walgreens, and joined by service providers such as Liberty, Claro, Pronto Wash and Rental Center. In addition the variety of food specialty and restaurants like  Chili’s, Sizzler, Krispy Kreme, Taco Maker ,Wendy’s, Church’s Chicken, El Meson Sandwiches and Great Taste made of Doramar Plaza an excellent venue for family entertainment.  Most of these food shops are among the leaders in sales in Puerto Rico. The center also offers specialty shops such as Vit Jewelry, Beautiful Body, Jennifer Fashion, La Nueva Era, and medical offices.

 

     More than 800 parking spaces will be available to service DORAMAR PLAZA.  This ample parking area has been combined with a carefully planned layout to facilitate vehicular flow and accessibility to all outlets and commercial areas of the mall even during peak hours.
